Linda M. Dieterich, Esq. was born in Riverhead, New York in December 1962. Raised in Wading River, New York, Linda went on to obtain her Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University in 1985 and her Juris Doctor degree from Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University in 1988. As part of her formal education, Linda had the opportunity to work as a legal intern for a solicitor in London, England and study law abroad in Italy, Austria and France. After working for a state environmental agency in Pennsylvania, she returned to work for a large law firm on Long Island. She went on to establish her own practice in Shoreham, New York and in 1994 moved her office to Riverhead, New York. Linda is licensed to practice law in both New York and Connecticut and was admitted to practice before a full session to the United States Supreme Court in 1999.She was admitted to bar, 1989, new York and Connecticut; 1994, U.S. District, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York; 1999, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.
